This is a very simple and nourishing mask you can make at almost any time of the day at home with what you have ready at home.
I usually make this mask once a week because I switch among 3 to 4 kinds of face masks during the week; Although I do make a good use of homemade masks, I wouldn’t say my skin is in the best condition it could be, because of the stomach problems I have. Of course, it is getting better but I always feel how much smoother and softer and moisturized my face gets after applying face masks.
I would advice checking every ingredient on your skin before applying it on your whole face because you never know what could some of the homemade products cause and your skin sensitivity changes from time to time.
So, let me start with the mask recipe:
- egg yolk
- sour cream
Half of the banana should be more than enough, and one egg yolk and half tea spoon honey and sour cream should make a creamy mixture. It is better to be careful with the portions because once its too liquid, it is hard to make it stay on your face.
As you can see it is very simple, you just mix everything to make a creamy mixture and apply it on your face and leave it on for about 20 minutes and rinse it off with warm water.
This face mask nourishes your skin, makes it softer and smooth and of course moisturize it. Egg yolk tightens your skin and makes you look even younger.
The mask is not very visible on your face but that’s completely ok, because as time passes you will notice how your face starts tightening up and your skin becoming yellowish color.
