¼ cup orange juice
½ cup frozen berries ( my favorite are raspberries)
1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 medium sized banana
Instructions: Add all ingredients together and blend them approx. 30 seconds ( until smooth). A teaspoon of wheat germ in each serving will boost its nutritional content and will help you get energized in the morning!
This shake has- low cholesterol, low fat, low calories but high taste, high nutritional content, high energy source.
