The Easiest Stress Reliever

This juice helps to calm the nerves and reduce the stress levels by considerable amount with great help of lettuce. The given amount of ingredients make approx. ¾ cup. Enjoy!

  • 2 oz celery
  • 2 oz fennel
  • 4 oz Romaine lettuce
  • 6 oz pineapple
  • Green Apple for extra flavor

Instructions: Juice all the ingredients and add some ice cubes and blend. Serve in a tall glass. Cucumbers and apples can be added depending on the preference.

Nutritional Values: Rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Magnesium and Calcium.
